We process all standard orders the next
business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), pending credit
card authorization and verification. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground and usually arrive in 4 to 8 business days.
How do I know you received my order?
place an order with Skateshed.com, we will send you two e-mail confirmations.
The first one will be an order confirmation that you will receive upon placing
your order. The second will be sent to you as soon as we have processed your
order and it has been shipped.
How do I track my order?
shipping confirmation e-mail contains the name of the carrier handling your
package and a tracking number. Once you receive this message, click on the
appropriate link below, or type the URL for the United Parcel Service www.ups.com into your browser. Follow the
instructions, and type your tracking number into the correct
field to get a status report on your order.
note that your tracking information may not be available until at least one
business day after you receive your shipping notification e-mail.
What if I lost, deleted, or did not receive the shipping
failed to receive the shipping confirmation e-mail or you have misplaced the
order tracking number, please e-mail us at support(at)skateshed.com. We'll make
sure that we get you the information you need.
you need to return or exchange an item, we suggest you return your merchandise
via a courier that issues a tracking number. Please include a short note
indicating why the item is being returned and what adjustments you
