We process all standard orders the next business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground and usually arrive in 4 to 8 business days.


TRACKING

How do I know you received my order?

After you place an order with Skateshed.com, we will send you two e-mail confirmations. The first one will be an order confirmation that you will receive upon placing your order. The second will be sent to you as soon as we have processed your order and it has been shipped.

How do I track my order?

The shipping confirmation e-mail contains the name of the carrier handling your package and a tracking number. Once you receive this message, click on the appropriate link below, or type the URL for the United Parcel Service www.ups.com into your browser. Follow the instructions, and type your tracking number into the correct field to get a status report on your order.

Please note that your tracking information may not be available until at least one business day after you receive your shipping notification e-mail.

What if I lost, deleted, or did not receive the shipping confirmation e-mail?

If you failed to receive the shipping confirmation e-mail or you have misplaced the order tracking number, please e-mail us at support(at)skateshed.com. We'll make sure that we get you the information you need.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Should you need to return or exchange an item, we suggest you return your merchandise via a courier that issues a tracking number. Please include a short note indicating why the item is being returned and what adjustments you desire.

Within 30 days of the purchase date, refunds will be given for merchandise that is returned unused, un-skated, and in original condition, excluding the costs of shipping and handling.

For all damaged merchandise, please contact us by sending e-mail to support(at)skateshed.com. You have to fill in a Return & Exchange Form for all returns and exchanges. Skateshed.com reserved the right to refuse any returns later than 30 days from the purchase date.

We will refund your account for the full amount (not including shipping) or send you a new/different product as soon as we receive the returned product.

If the item is an exchange, you will be responsible for shipping costs. We suggest you return your merchandise via a courier that issues a tracking number so you have a record of the shipment. All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
